Heavenly Buns in Ada

I like their bread, and their wraps are good too. Their vegetarian pizza was pretty good as well. Sometimes the food can be kind of bland though and while you eat it you're not really enjoying it, just eating it because you've already paid for it and already left. That's not to say it's unenjoyable, either. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's meh.

Love, love, love this deli. The food is fresh and delivered quickly and I find it difficult to eat anywhere else when I'm in Ada. The bakery items at the checkout counter are also quite delectable. A must-visit place!

I was Very disappointed to take a taste of the "Italian wedding soup" only to discover that I had paid over $5 for a small container of Campbell's version of this same soup.... I'm not going to be able to give a higher rating because I was told after I asked about it that it wasn't canned food. Despite the saggetios meatballs in it.

Today was my first time Trying Heavenly Buns DeliI Had The Chicken Avocado Sandwich with Bowl of the Tomato Basil Soup with a Large Dr Pepper within 6 Flavor shots of Strawberry My Lunch was amazing and The service was fast and Friendly will most definitely return to try some more delicious sandwiches and soups Side Note - will ask for Extra Avocado on my Chicken Avocado Sandwich next time there wasn’t enough had too really look for it

Service is great, staff is friendly, and place is always clean. Lots of options on the menu. Unfortunately, the food just really lacks flavor. It's not bad, but not great either, just so-so. Other than the tomato basil soup, the food I've gotten is always so bland. Maybe it's just my experience.

We liked the decor and the "feel" of the place but the French Dip sandwich was very disappointing. Never been charged extra for cheese on a French Dip and charging one fifth the cost of the sandwich was excessive. Worst, though, was that the meat was a bunch of small bits that fell into the juice when you dipped it. May go back but definitely trying a different sandwich.

Sandwiches are at best okay, but their business hrs are absurd i mean who closes down at 6pm? People are just getting off work.

Good food clean place

I've been to a lot of sandwich shops there isn't another like Heavenly Buns. There is just something about the homemade bread that's perfectly toasted with the cheese and all the veggies on the sandwich. I'm a vegetarian but I've heard the meat is great! Awesome soup! Many different types of wraps and unique sandwich choices. Staff is always friendly and willing to help or customize your order. The facility is beautiful and enchanting.

The food and staff are amazing!!! Highly recommend this restaurant. The service is very fast, even during lunch rush. Lots of options. Everything seems to be tasty. Their bread is delicious.

The prices here are really steep but they certainly don't skimp on the meat. I'm normally a meat lover but they go a little extreme here. I've had salads and sandwiches here on a few occasions and just couldn't eat my food because there was so much deli meat on it. The staff is always really friendly. Husband is from Wisconsin and ordered the Wisconsin cheese soup but wasn't impressed. Between the prices and my general disappointment with what I've had here in the past, I find other places in Ada to eat instead.

Great sandwiches!

I’m a picky eater, but when I am paying for the food I expect the order to be correct and the employee to not argue with me after I explain that it is not my order. I would really appreciate it if this restaurant would practice getting orders correct and being kind toward the paying customer. I actually really enjoy their food. But I will now be seeking lunch and other meals at any other establishment that sells any form of food. I would urge other people who like their food the way they order it to avoid this restaurant.

Spinach artichoke chicken sandwich was awesome!

Hadn't been here in years because they're always closed. Turns out sometimes they're open! Nice. They still have the best sandwiches in town. Wish they were open more often. The 4 stars is for the hours.The sandwiches are great. The service was fast. There's plenty of parking. The restaurant was very clean. I'd recommend anyone going if they happen to be open when they're wanting to go.

Not a fan of sandwiches but the new option of lettuce wraps makes this place a good option for a lite lunch

I hadn't been here since college 9 years ago. I walk in and the place hadn't changed a bit same great service, clean location, and great food. I got the Turkey ranch wrap and its exactly how I remembered it. I always recommend this place when someone wants a sandwich, soup, or salad.

Great place for soup and sandwiches. I tried the Waldorf chicken wrap and I think it has become my new favorite.

I LOVE Heavenly Buns. They have great deli food and the people are always really friendly. I love their soups and their homemade treats. Most of all I love their homemade bread they use on all of their sandwiches. It’s truly a one of a kind place in Ada. Definitely the place to go for lunch!
